Rooted in Houston.
Driven by Purpose.
Dr. Sidhu is a proud Houston native with a passion for whole-person care — the kind that sees beyond symptoms to truly understand the individual.
Her path to medicine has taken her across continents, clinical settings, and teaching halls — but it’s always been grounded in one thing — meaningful, personal connection.
A Journey That
Comes Full Circle.
After starting medical school overseas and completing clinical rotations in Chicago, she returned home to Houston to complete her Family Medicine residency at San Jacinto Methodist in Baytown.
She went on to spend nearly 15 years caring for patients at Houston Methodist Willowbrook, where she also served as Director of Employee Wellness for seven years. Currently, Dr. Sidhu is an adjunct clinical assistant professor for Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Breaking Free to
Build Something Better
After years inside the corporate system, Dr. Sidhu launched Spring Monarch Primary Care to create a space where care could feel human again. Here, she has the time to listen, the freedom to collaborate, and the tools to offer more intentional, evidence-based treatment plans — combining the best of modern medicine and lifestyle-based healing.
Care that
Treats the Whole You.
Dr. Sidhu's clinical interests include preventive care, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic and hormonal health, mood disorders, food sensitivities, gut health, and nutrition — always approached through the lens of treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Life Beyond
the White Coat
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sidhu is a wife, a mom of three, and an active part of the Northwest Houston community. She’s also an avid reader, traveler, foodie, and gym enthusiast — always curious, always learning, and always walking the walk.
